Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
